Summerheights is an excellent choice for your golf tournament, whether your group is ten or two hundred strong.
Our staff has many years experience in dealing with tournaments, and we offer that experience to aid in your organization efforts. Our full service banquet facility also means that your tournament meal can be held at the course, keeping your group together for the full day.

Reservations & Payment
A deposit and signed tournament contract is required to secure your tournament date. The deposit will be credited against your final invoice total on the event day. The deposit is refundable only with a minimum ten (10) day advance cancelation notice. All reservations should be made based on foursomes. Confirmation on the number of players in your group must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your tournament date.
The Tournament Organizer
The Tournament Organizer is responsible for collection of all fees (golf & banquet) from their players in order to pay with cash, credit card or cheque in one payment on the tournament day, rather than players paying separately.
Roster of Players
A Tee Off Sheet will be provided for you in advance. No later than two (2) days prior to your tournament we need to be furnished with a list of your foursomes-each name in each group. Summerheights Golf Links will do the cart and hole assignments.
Hole Signage & Activities
No later than two (2) days prior to your tournament we need to be supplied with a list of promotional and/or sponsor items that will be placed on the golf course.
A.G.C.O. regulations do not permit the consumption of alcohol on the premises other than, that which is purchased at the clubhouse bar, hallway house or from the course beverage cart. If you would like a Sample Hole for your golf day you must purchase the alcohol thru our Liquor License. Any alcohol that is not purchased thru our license will be removed from the course in regulations with the A.G.C.O. standards. If you wish to have a sample hole on your tournament day please contact Kathy @ ex 22and she will be happy to make your golf day a successful one. We have attached The Regulatory Amendments from the A.G.C.O. in this package for you. We appreciate your co-operation with following the Liquor Control Act and the Liquor License Act of Ontario. Starter & Marshals
Summerheights will provide a starter to assist your group in Teeing Off on time. Marshals will set up tables, signage, etc. on the course. Score Sheets, Handicap Systems, Closest to the pin and Longest Drive signs are available upon request prior to tournament day.
Power carts may be reserved in your package. To guarantee power carts they must be reserved seven days ahead of your day. Otherwise they are rented on a first come first serve basis.
Banquet Facility Reservations
Banquet Facilities are available; Summerheights recommends that you book Banquet Facilities at the time of your tournament booking. Dinners require confirmation at least seven (7) days prior to your tournament.
